Newly established company Lacteco Sp. z o.o. is building the modern EU approved factory with 100% share of polish capital. This plant will also meet all requirements concerning HACCAP system beginning from taking raw materials and marking, storing at constant temperature and humidity using the latest technology of fluid mixing and pneumatic conveying and also process control. The very high microbiological cleanness is kept during the whole process due to the mixing technology introduced in the factory. What is more, the whole process starting from putting raw materials, mixing, transporting and finishing on packaging is done at closed system. Lacteco Sp. z o.o. employs experts with the biggest experience.

Wide range of raw materials gives the opportunity of using end products in dairy
industry, sugar industry, bakery or for the production of such goods as chocolate, sweets,
ice - creams. For the above mentioned purposes, Lacteco Sp. z o.o. is doing following exemplary blends :
• skimmed milk powder & sodium or calcium caseinate
• skimmed milk powder & whey protein concentrate & lactose & sweet whey powder
• skimmed milk powder & maltodextrine
• skimmed milk powder & demineralised whey powder
• skimmed milk powder & sugar and cacao
• skimmed milk powder & vegetable fat
• skimmed milk powder & vitamins and lecithin
The similar blends can be prepare with share of full cream milk powder.
Mixing raw materials is done with big precision . Foreign laboratories proved that
the proportion of mixed raw materials is 1 : 100.000. What is more, in this new plant,
there are various possibilities of packaging such as 25 kgs bags, 750 - 1250 kgs big
bags or small unit packages. Even, it is possible to load directly to cisterns.
